Personal data controller is „T C TRAVEL” EOOD, registered in the Trade Register of the Registry Agency under UIC 205555602, with seat and registered office: Varna, 12, Tsar Petar str.
The protection of your personal data is a top priority for T C TRAVEL EOOD.

As a processor of the personal data you provide, we understand the responsibility for the decisions we make about storing and using them. We have a duty under data protection law to provide you with the information contained in this notice.

As a Personal Data Controller, T C Travel EOOD has a well established company data protection policy, according to which personal data shall:

By filling out the contact form through the format of our website, you expressly agree that “T C TRAVEL” EOOD, as a data controller, will process the personal data you provide in accordance with the regulations for protection of personal data.

Purpose of processing: The personal data we require is used for the proper functioning of the website owned by T C Travel EOOD. Personal data is used to provide the necessary conditions for the provision of a particular service.
Storage period: Cookies on our website are stored for a maximum of 1 year. The personal data provided in the contact form are stored on the server of the hosting company “Alpha Best” EOOD, under contractual relations, and kept for up to one year, unless otherwise required by another legal act.

8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

To withdraw your consent, please contact “T C TRAVEL” EOOD – Personal Data Controller. Upon receipt of your request, we will suspend the processing of the data for the purpose/s/ for which you initially agreed, unless we have other legal grounds to continue processing them, and we will notify you in a timely manner.

9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND UPDATE THIS NOTICE AT ANY TIME. a NEW NOTICE will be posted any TIME WE MAKE A CHANGE.

If you do not want us to process your personal data in the manner described in this Policy, you have the right not to provide it to us. The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary and for the purpose of the proper functioning of our website and the provision of quality customer service. Your refusal to provide personal information means a refusal of the services provided by our website and a refusal to use the services of T C Travel EOOD.
