Mystical Greece- Kavala and Holy Mountain- 2 days /Monday/

 ITINERARY

Day 1

• 05:00 Departure from Sunny Beach with a bus. Crossing the Bulgarian- Greek border at Voyvoda- Svilengrad checkpoint.
• 13:30 Arrival in Kavala. Accommodation at a 3* hotel.
• Visit to the sights of this uniquely beautiful Greek city: Muhammad Ali Monument and his house, the Aqueduct, the Byzantine Fortress, the Imaret, the Church of Panagia with the Black Virgin, and others. Free time
• Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

• 07:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure for Ouranoupoli.
• 10:30 Cruise around Mount Athos – the Holy Mountain. The ship cruises along the West Coast of the Holy Mountain at a distance of 500 meters /the permissible distance/ from the coast of the Independent Monastic Republic. During the exciting tour, the Holy Mountain reveals the greatness of its beautiful nature. The landscape varies from small valleys and gorges in wooded mountains, and bare, steep cliffs to rare views of small, sheltered beaches. There are 8 large monasteries, as well as several ports, including the port of the Bulgarian Zograf Monastery, the magnificent Russian Monastery and others.
• 13:45  Lunch at a Greek tavern by the sea. Free time.
• 15:45 Departure for Bulgaria. Late night arrival.
