TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between “T C Travel” EOOD, UIC: 205555602, with seat and registered office: Varna, 12, Tsar Petar str., a company incorporated under the Trade Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, holding a License ………………………. granted by the Ministry of Tourism for provision of tour operator services, the users of the Internet site (website) “www.yourtravel.bg” (property of “T C Travel” EOOD) and the advertisers (providing services and/or goods in the online platform www.yourtravel.bg with respect to the use of the website and the rights and obligations arising there from between the three parties.

The Internet page (website) „www.yourtravel.bg” is developed and maintained by  „T C Travel” EOOD, with UIC: 205555602, with seat and registered office: Varna, 12, Tsar Petar str. When registering a profile in the information system of www.yourtravel.bg, the user completes a registration form, which is a verbal statement, presented in a digital form by a generally adopted standard for transformation, reading and visual presentation of information. The form contains information about your name, email address, delivery address, telephone, and is stored to the server at www.yourtravel.bg as an electronic document within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature. When registering, the user explicitly confirms that he or she agrees to these Terms of Use, and according to Art. 3 (2) of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature, the written form is considered fulfilled and both parties to the contract are bound by them. In case of change of the Terms of Use, each registered user shall be provided an opportunity to read the new Terms of Use via the information system of the website.
1. T C Travel EOOD is a registered personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and is obliged to take due care and responsibility for the protection of information about the user, which became known to him in connection with the registration – subject to these General Terms and Conditions, except in the case of force majeure, accidental events, malicious acts of third parties, or at the order of government bodies or officials who are empowered by applicable law to request and collect such information in compliance with statutory procedures;
2. In the registration form completed by the User, “T C Travel” EOOD indicates the obligatory or voluntary nature of the submission of the data and the consequences of refusal to provide it. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the User agrees to the processing of their information in the specified manner.
3. The restrictions under item 1 shall not apply in case the User or persons under his control have committed malicious acts within the meaning of these Terms of Use or violated the rights or legitimate interests of third parties. In this case, T C Travel EOOD has the right to provide personal information about the User to the relevant competent state bodies in accordance with the applicable legislation.
4. By accepting (pressing the button on the website I accept) these Terms of Use, the User agrees that his/her personal data be used by T C Travel EOOD for the identification of the concluded contracts, reporting and accounting purposes with the advertisers and statistical processing in accordance with Art. 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
5. By registering on www.yourtravel.bg, the user allows in his accounts on www.yourtravel.bg, Facebook or anywhere else in the virtual space, or at his announced e-mail address, to receive personal, advertising or other commercial messages from T C Travel EOOD or from the merchants offering on the site, as well as T C Travel EOOD to provide the merchants with the phone and e-mail address of the user when purchasing tourist services or other services requiring a reservation which has not been made.
